Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7–21 business days. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@vaultcollectibles.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses. Please double-check your address at checkout.
- Pre-order items will ship once they arrive in our warehouse.
